                            This   tour takes you to the rural suburb of Karen named after Karen Blixen,   the famous author whose memoirs were immortalized in the popular film   "Out of Africa". You visit her home, restored by the National Museums of   Kenya, and now the Karen Blixen Museum. In this lovely home with its   spacious gardens and views of the Ngong Hills, the visitor can step back   in history and gain an insight into the life of this remarkable woman.   
                                A short distance to the giraffe center gives you the chance to feed the world's tallest animal.   
                                A stop   at Utamaduni Craft Centre/ Kazuri Beads factory allows you to browse and   choose among a wide selection of quality African handicrafts, which are   actively displayed in this converted house.
